Week 4 in our 8 week Warrior Class series offers another hard hitting class covering traditional warm ups, drills, techniques and forms to get your kungfu optimized. It is recommended to use in the sequence provided to avoid injury. Take your time with each drill. Isolate drills you seek particular compentency in and repeat them often.
